Jennifer joined Light from Jawbone, where she was Sr. Director of Planning and Manufacturing. She previously held senior operational roles at Intel, Apple, ASTRO Gaming, and Monster Products. She holds an MBA and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, both from MIT, and a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from USC.

Long Bio

Jennifer is responsible for Operations and Supply Chain at Light, which includes production, planning, procurement, sourcing, supplier quality, fulfillment, logistics, and document control.

She is a 20-year Supply Chain veteran, starting her career at Intel where she spent 10 years in industrial engineering, project management, demand forecasting, and supply management. She then joined Apple, managing supply and demand for the first iPhone as well as iPods, then MacBook and MacBook Pro. She left Apple to lead Operations at a startup, ASTRO Gaming, which was acquired by Skullcandy. At that point she went to lead Planning and Procurement at Monster Products, and was responsible for over 5,000 SKUs including the popular Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. She then joined Jawbone, a rapidly-growing activity tracker and audio company, leading Planning and Manufacturing.

Jennifer has deep expertise in startup operations and supply and demand management, and has been a featured speaker at the LAUNCH conference and High Tech Supply & Demand Summits.

She did her graduate work at MIT in their Leaders for Global Operations program, earning an MBA and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering. She also holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering, with honors, from the University of Southern California.
