Today, we’re opening Light EU. This is a big moment—not just for the company, but for the whole photography world. We’ve pushed beyond the limits of the modern camera and built an imaging device unlike any other out there. We’ve built the camera of the future—a smaller, smarter, easier way to photograph. And now the future is available for an international audience.*

Building a global e-commerce experience from scratch hasn’t been easy. As our international followers know all too well, there have been bumps along the way. But we stuck with it, got our certifications, and persevered through the obstacles blocking the road. We’re thrilled to finally share this little camera with more of the world so that all of you can discover the big potential that lies in those 16 lenses.

Become an L16 photographer today.

Light EU isn’t the only international store we’re launching today. We opened Light UK last fall for reservations and as of today, reservations are no longer needed. Anyone from the UK can order an L16 camera and it will be shipped later this month. That also means we’ll start shipping cameras to all reservation customers this month—so if that’s you, look out for an email from Light asking you to complete your order.

A big thank you goes out to all of our international followers. It’s not easy to be patient—just know that your support and enthusiasm for the L16 is what really made this happen. Cheers to you for helping us push the boundaries of photography.
